My Story

Am Aurelie and I've always loved sports. I have a background in bodybuilding, however I hae recently discovered a love for powerlifting. 

Unfortunately, like many others in the sports, I have struggled with body dimorphia, disordered eating and I have a complicated relationship with food. My goal is to eat in a way that supports my performance and powerlifting goals while making food enjoyment, taste and flavour a priority.  

How are we different ? 

I have watched hundred's of what i eat in a day videos and follow other athletes which promote supplements, protein powders and more. But I could never eat like what is portrayed in these videos and I hate protein powders and shakes. I love cooking and love good quality,  tasty, delicious foods. I am on a mission, to discover how to enjoy my meals while still making them work for my performance goals.
